  The work Hamish did on my car was excellent, quick and a really great price. The atmosphere was very friendly and respectful and I would recommend this place to all people! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! My car looks so good, I'm very happy with the service and overall experience.

  After ringing Hamesh about my problem late on Friday afternoon, he suggested that I come immediately. He stated that I had been reversed into and some damage had occurred to the tray under my older Yaris as well as to the exterior. He fixed the tray issue straight away and when I offered my card to do the payment, he said it was all shutdown for the day. He said that as it was a small job, there would be no charge! I was amazed at this ... and found some cash in my wallet and stuffed it into his pocket!! It was a job well done.

  It was good experience. I rang up RACQ suggested mechanic to fix my car who gave me an appointment after a month just to give me a quote. While this Tarragindi smash repair fixed it in a week.

  Thought there was something wrong with my drivers door like someone hit it or something But the guys looked at it and sorted the problem FREE of charge. Thanks Tarragindi Smash repairs 5 Stars worth it.

  Poor customer service.
  Takes too long to fix your car (4weeks) & had to go back for parts !
  Overspray left on my windscreen & going back again 1 week later to fix my wipers, clearly they didn't test they worked before handing over my car.....no water in the reservoir!

  Frustrating!
  its been over 7 weeks since we initially dropped our Audi A5 2014 to be repaired from storm damage (insurance claim). And our problems still haven't finished
  So far
  *we have been called to pick up the car twice
  once we refused to take the car home due to more damage happening since the car being put into their responsibility, the second time they wanted us to take it so no further damage could happen to the car.
  *upon taking the car home we inspected and noticed further damage had happened to the car.
  *this included scratches to leather steering wheel and dints to the leather in the back seat.
  *scratching rear of car
  *failing to remove glass from dash
  *unable to replace front seat for a few more weeks (which is fine, but we said keep the car until it is ready, this now takes more of our time to take the car back to get it fixed)
  *Paint drops
  *finishing on the panelling to substandard
  
  While seemingly small things this is our weekender car, and also this is supposed to be returned to us in perfect condition. Receiving a luxury car that comes back looking battered does not help the situation nor does their response to queries about the substandard finishes.
